Signing a Contract

During this process you will be consistently keeping you informed of any formal offers, legal or transaction developments.

Receiving the Keys

Once the offer has been accepted, we will proceed with the following:

​

  • Confirm agreed price with all parties involved.

  • Prepare a memorandum of sale.

  • Confirm your solicitors details.

During this stage, your solicitor will send a draft contract to the buyers solicitor who will then proceed with the preliminary inquiries.

 

At this point, you will agree a date for a comprehensive survey to be conducted on the property as well as an exchange of contracts along with a proposed date of completion.

We will negotiate on your behalf and advise you wherever necessary throughout the entire process.

Completion

Once funds have cleared from the buyers solicitors account into your solicitors account you will be informed, at which point we can release the keys. Embark on your new journey, your house is sold!
