Preparing For Tenancy
Prior to letting, the condition of the property must be established. A professional and comprehensive inventory survey will be completed, carried out by our partners.

All Occupiers 18+ will be asked for identification. Checking if the tenant is legally able to rent in England

Explain your rights & responsibilities.

Give advice on insurance on the property and its contents.

Give advice on what action to take if the property is mortgaged.

Protect the deposit with the statutory Tenancy Deposit Scheme (TDS)
