In accordance with section 83 of the Consumer Rights Act 2015 and the Tenant Fees Act 2019, we will only ever charge the following permitted tenant payments. No other tenant fees apply.

Holding Deposit

• To reserve a property while we process your references

• Capped at one week’s worth of rent

Security Deposit

• Held in a Government-approved tenancy deposit scheme - (Tenancy Deposit Scheme - TDS)

• Limited to five weeks’ rent (or six weeks’ rent if annual rent exceeds £50,000)

​​Late Rent Fees

• Not Applicable - we do not charge late fees.

​​

Key or Access Device Replacement

• Covers replacement cost for lost or damaged keys/security devices

• Charged at actual cost, capped at £50

Contract Amendment Fee

• Not Applicable - we do not charge for contract amendments.

​​​

Early Termination Fee

• In the unfortunate event of an early termination, there are no additional fees involved excluding any rent due until the agreed end date.

Nothing else will be charged to tenants. All of the above payments include VAT where applicable
